Founded in 2022 by lawyer and consultant André Bezerra Meireles, working for more than 23 years in strategic law, André Bezerra Meireles Advocacia e Consultoria is a firm that practices law with an entrepreneurial business vision and, above all, ethical and human, with responsibility and focus on results, developing customized solutions for individuals and companies, operating in strategic sectors on the national scene. Specialized and active in business law, focusing on corporate and contractual law, in legal actions and advising partners and other managers, drafting and reviewing various national and international contracts, contracts and bylaws, and conducting corporate restructuring processes.

Our team is specialized in International Law, providing consultancy and assistance in both the corporate and contractual fields for foreign companies that operate or want to operate in Brazil. With long experience in Migration issues, involving processes for acquiring Brazilian, Portuguese, Italian, German and North American nationality, and visa regularization, as well as Refuge request processes, we deal with routine and multidisciplinary cases of low and high complexity, maintaining partnerships, when necessary, with renowned offices in Brazil and abroad.
