Temporary (nonimmigrant) visas

Green Card (permanent residence)

  • EB-5 (Immigrant Investor): permanent residence for those who invest in an enterprise that creates at least 10 jobs, starting at US$800,000 in targeted areas or US$1.05 million elsewhere
  • EB-1C (Multinational Executive): direct Green Card for executives and managers of groups operating in both Brazil and the U.S.
  • EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver): for professionals and entrepreneurs whose project serves the U.S. national interest, with no job offer required
  • Gold Card: new residence program based on a contribution to the U.S. government, with a careful analysis of costs and risks
