André Bezerra Meireles is an attorney with a law degree from Universidade Ceuma (Uniceuma, 1999). He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Law from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC) and is an alumnus of The Hague Academy of International Law. He has 26 years of experience in corporate, contract, and international law, strategic civil litigation, and intellectual property.

He founded A.B. Meireles Advocacia & Consultoria and has served as senior counsel and legal coordinator at mid-sized and large law firms. His practice centers on international law. It covers corporate and family matters, domestic and international contracts, estate and succession planning, corporate governance, and compliance.

In the public sector, he served as legal counsel to ProRural/PE, a rural development program in the State of Pernambuco. There he handled public procurement, government contracts, and cooperative agreements funded by the World Bank. He chaired the International Law Committee of the Maranhão Bar Association (OAB/MA) and coordinated courses at its continuing legal education school, the Escola Superior de Advocacia.

He has taught at the university level for 22 years in law and international relations programs. His academic work includes program coordination and graduate-level teaching. He has taught at the University of Brasília (UnB), Centro Universitário UNIVERSO, and Centro Universitário Estácio do Recife.

He serves clients in Portuguese, English, and Spanish and has advanced proficiency in German.
