Wildberg Bouéres Rodrigues is an attorney with a law degree from Centro Universitário Euroamericano (UNIEURO). He also holds a graduate specialization in Public Law from Vestcon/Centro Universitário Projeção. He has more than 20 years of experience in civil, corporate, family, and administrative law, with an emphasis on public procurement.

He began his career as Head of Procurement at PETCON – Planejamento em Transporte e Consultoria in Brasília. In that role he analyzed bid solicitations, prepared proposals, and assembled bidder qualification documents. He also represented the company in competitive bidding processes before federal agencies and government-owned entities.

He spent nearly a decade as an associate attorney at Gerson de Jesus Advogados Associados. He is currently a partner at Wildberg Bouéres Sociedade de Advocacia, where he represents companies in public bidding processes. His work there also includes drafting legal opinions on corporate matters and preparing commercial contracts tailored to each client's industry, with a focus on preventing contractual risk.

He also handles matters before the Court-Ordered Government Debt (Precatórios) Court, assessing and negotiating these assets. He serves as Vice President of the Corporate Law Committee of the Brazilian Bar Association, Federal District Section, Águas Claras Subsection.
